the huge spirals you climb must be at least 60 feet in diameter, and the
coils of stairs complete a full circle every 30 feet or so vertically. You

lYgol's Throne Room
A chamber fit for a god. Massive stone blocks, each intricately carved
and rune covered, make up the walls, floor, and ceiling of this enormous
chamber. Huge statues inlaid with gold and silver line the chamber, and large,
elegant hangings and tapestries, each inlaid with precious stones and trimmed
in gold, cover parts of the walls. A throne carved from a single lapis lazulu
and adorned with skulls sits at the far end of the chamber, facing the
entranceway. The floor is covered by a red and gold silk carpet that leads
up to the throne.

This is the west gate of the port city of Bal Harbor. A wide dirt
roadway leads in between a pair of squarish-looking guard towers into the
city to the east, and to west disappears into a flat grassy plain. Visible
to the far west is what appears to be a forest or jungle that rims the
entire western horizon. To the east, the roadway can be seen to lead into
a distant town square.
