This skill indicates how competent the user is at spotting, identifying, and
diagnosing magic. An expert in this skill will sometimes be able to imbue
spells with extra potency.

Watches a target player or monster carefully, alerting you of anything of
interest that happens to him. For example, skilled spellcasters can tell
when spells are about to fail.
