Clans are useless at this world, cause player killing unacceptable.
And there are no differents what kinds of mobs u killing.
Try to get the fun in exploration of the world, around BH is a lot of nice areas for your levels. Also check the boats, you are able to sail to another continent and one of them is a special land for a newbies - called Valk. Time to time type gwho to see what kinds of group started in the game and try to join them by asking leader. I suggest you starting your group life in groups started by players compared with you by levels, high level chars could be so angry if u will do something wrong. So u should learn so much to enter good group. Another way - starting your own groups, but you should know what to do and what do u want to do (areas where to kill, mobs to kill, tacticts, safe places etc.) :).
