You may upgrade your current building by trading it in at 75% of the price you
paid for it when you are ready to buy a larger place.

2 rooms with 1 vault, 1 board, no room bonuses.
45M Mansion
4 rooms, 3 vaults, 1 board, one fountain, one room bonus included.
75M Castle
6 rooms, 4 vaults, 1 board, 1 fountain, and two room bonuses included.
135M *Palace
10 rooms, 7 vaults, 1 board, 1 fountain and three room bonuses included.
200M *Grand Palace
15 rooms, 12 vaults, 1 board, 1 fountain, and five room bonuses included,
and a rentable room.
NOTE: *Buildings marked with an < a href='index.php?module=pnEncyclopedia&func=display_term&id=1015&vid=2' > * are restricted to lyme only.
Room Regen Bonuses:

You may purchase multiple bonuses at one go, e.g. 3x move bonuses will give

One room bonus is considered to be 1x the allowed bonus. This means if you
wish to apply a room bonus of mana regen, you will receive 2 mana regen extra
per tick in that room. Additional room bonuses may be purchased but you may
not exceed the maximum allowed room bonuses or the maximum allowed for your
type of building.

In your mansion, castle, palace or grand palace.

30M Avatar Shop (grand palace only)
Shop to gain and spend your experience tokens as an avatar.
3M Special trigtraps (anyone can purchase)
1M Pet
A pet in your house. can not have any stats.
