Regen of hp, move, and mana will take place evenly over the tick instead of in one big burst at the end of each tick. Total regen rates over the tick are unchanged. This only applies to players, and only to players who are in stunned or better condition, i.e. who will heal. Morted and dead players will still deteriorate at the end of ticks like they always have. This means you will no longer be able to 'catch ticks', so we won't have parties dropping like a pack of Tennessee fainting goats when a jet flies overhead every time the tick comes around.

Also, mobs no longer all act in unison each ten seconds. They still go at the same rate (once every ten seconds) but different mobs will act at different times within the interval.

Ну что я могу сказать. Это пожалуй одно из самых сильных изменений баланса за последнее время. У этого решения есть и плюсы и минусы. Вопрос только чего больше. Со временем станет ясно.
