mob desc: He is short and stocky with several days growth of beard. About him is a
shirt and breeches of course cloth, but his feet are bare. A small bag is
slung over his left shoulder and in his right hand he holds a tea cup
containing a few cuttings of wild herbs.
A vagrant is in an excellent condition.
