is simply too young to look menacing, although surely not too young to
be dangerous. His black vest is badly scuffed leather, torn in places
his feet are bare, their thick soles more than a match for any sandal.
Except for the clothing he would be undistinguishable from the other
kids.
A young bully is in an excellent condition.
