the master at arms (arms master weapons)
A mean spirited man stands here sharpening his blades.
A forboding dark man wrapped in a long gray cloak. His jet black hair is slicked back and his face is pale and sweaty. Hard lines etch his brow and his sunken cheeks are covered with the beginings of a beard. The master at arms is proficient in many weapons, most of which hang from his body in various places. Daggers in his boots, swords and axes on his back, hammers, knives and chisels hangs from his belt. Swift as well as silent, the master at arms is as mean as they come. The master at arms is in an excellent condition.
