large soft shelled turtle
A large soft-shelled turtle lies in the middle of the path here.
This large turtle is possibly one of the oldest and largest soft-shelled turtles in the pond and measures nearly a foot and a half in diameter. His shell is aged and the once beautiful colors have been dulled by sunlight bleaching. The turtle's claws are sharp for clawing his large body across the ground. The turtle has a big head and an enormous appetite for swallowing fish and frogs. A large soft-shelled turtle is in an excellent condition.
