mourning cloak butterfly
A large black and brown butterfly dips up and down through the air.
The mourning cloak is not much to look at for beauty. The design on its black wings is a broad yellow border surrounding the edge of each wing. Its wings move lethargically through the air, almost too slow for such a creature to even fly. It manages, however, to remain airborne. A mourning cloak is in an excellent condition.
