mob desc: This creature stands at the ready, twisted oak staff in hand. The only visible
adornments on this skeletal frame are a human-skin cape clasped about the neck
and a necklace of what appears to be human eyeballs. His paper thin, black lips
continually quiver, a spell surely ready to escape. Spotted skin stretches
taught over his haunches and battle hardened eyes stare into oblivion as they
are revisiting all the death they have witnessed over his vast years.
A tabaxi shaman is in an excellent condition.
