mob desc: The raccoon has grey fur and a characteristic black mask around its eyes,
which are wide open. Foam drips from several different parts of its mouth
and its tail is twitching eratically. Its claws are extended and while a
few are broken, the rest are very sharp. A red mark covers a section of
the grey fur on its back.
A rabid raccoon is in an excellent condition.
