mob look: (hidden) A few stalactites twitch as you enter the room.

mob desc: The piercer seems to be nothing other than a large stalactite hanging
from the ceiling. However, upon closer inspection, you can see that it
has some sort of tail or foot that alternatingly fixes it to the ceiling
or propels it across the floor.
A piercer is in an excellent condition.
