smith apprentice four | |
A smith's apprentice works the forge's bellows.
The apprentice works the bellows as easily as his master swings the hammer. He looks sixteen or seventeen, probably about to begin his journeymanship. He adds new material to the forge and to the small crucible over it without any evident signal from his master. Although still half-grown, he already shows the build of a blacksmith and the confidence of an adult. A smith's apprentice is in an excellent condition.
