mob desc: This individual is shouting at the top of his voice to anyone within range of
hearing what he has to say. He is an older man, very skinny and not healthy
looking at all. On his face grows several weeks worth of whiskers and on top
of his head he wears a black rimmed hat. Around his neck he has placed the
collar of a man of god, but some of the things he is saying seem to contradict
his attempts to look holy.
A preaching man is in an excellent condition.
