mob look: An ice cloud looms eerily overhead.

mob desc: The cloud looms overhead closely to the mansion. Strangely enough, the
thundering storm is amazingly small for having such a force within its
cloudy recesses. Ice can be seen twirling in and around the cloud form,
threatening to rip flesh to pieces if given the chance. The cloud moves
towards you as if alive!
A cloud of ice is in an excellent condition.
