(in the condition that they are really outstanding) For appreciation, it does not have to be in term of money, but it is about how employers think about their relationships with the employees. I totally understand it is not easy to be a boss. And, I feel that whether an employee is willing to work enthusiastically, it really depends on whether the employee and employer match each other or not, and employer shows appreciation to employees if they have good performance. This is really my attitude towards the job. In addition, if I am a candidate being hired by you, CK, I guess I will be glad that I have a boss like you, even if your company maybe small. To me, this is not a problem. I consider the future of the company and my career a lot more than salary. At least, I am a person who focus more on long perspective.
